A rescue operation for eight fishermen who went missing at Cape St Francis in Eastern Cape will continue on Monday.
The fishermen went missing when a chokka fishing boat capsized near Thyspunt on Saturday and only ran aground near St Francis on Sunday morning.
It is believed that 16 people were in the boat at the time it capsized.
On Sunday, police divers, National Sea Rescue Institute (NSRI) and other role players rescued six people and recovered a body of a man.
The rescue operation were then temporarily suspended due to bad weather.
The survivors were taken to hospital and police have opened an inquest docket for investigation.
