A 32-year-old traditional healer is excepted to appear at the Hlohlolwane Magistrates Court in Bloemfontein on Monday for possession of human body parts.

The man was arrested last week and charged with possession of human body parts after the police discovered the human organs in the traditional healers home in Hlohlolwane, Clocolan in the Free State after acting on a tip off.

“They dug up a human skull next to the door of his consulting room, while a human tongue inside a plastic container was found inside the room,” police spokesperson Captain Phumelelo Dhlamini said.

The human body organs were taken to the Bethlehem mortuary to conduct tests on them to discover their origin.
